Talo Webb was born in Samoa to the union of Somoa's High Chief Vaimaga and Sose Loa, later to be raised by her second mom, Sipaea Liuaiga in Hawaii. Talo had many brothers and sisters: Faafetai Auelua, Manuia Atuatasi, Vaimaga Loa, Fili Loa, Sipaea Moene, Fiaga Tuliau and Fimalo Ene.
Talo received her high school education in Hawaii and moved to San Francisco to pursue a nursing degree. In San Francisco she met and married her husband, Bobbie Webb. Her children she leaves behind, Sheila "Leather" Webb, Leilani Webb, Jackie Webb, Virgel Webb, Bobbie Webb, Jr., Sipaea Webb, Rosalyn Webb, Vai Webb, Curtis Mak, Kamilah Boyd, LeAnthony King and Bambari Anderson.
Talo was one of God's special angels here on earth. She was always smiling and always willing to help anyone who was in need. Talo was also a very devoted and loving wife who loved her husband and cherished her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Talo was a people person and loved working as a PBX operator at the Miyako Hotel where she worked for the past 27 plus years. She loved and always had great stories at the end of the day concerning her extended work family.
Talo found out in March 2006 that she had cancer. The family sends out many thanks to Dr. Linda Barry and all other doctors and nurses who cared for her during this rough time and in the past. Even though her fight with cancer was short and rough, she remained strong, kept a smile on her face and trusted whatever her Lord and personal Savior Jesus Christ had planned for her life was just.
