| Tribute: | I cannot express how sad and shocked I am that Kristi has passed. Although we had grown apart over the years I still considered her a friend and often thought of her. Thanks to Facebook and our 20-year H. S. reunion I had the pleasure of reconnecting with her and having a great time talking about how much we "aged" over the last 20 years. I know she was a deidcated mom and a great sister, daughter and friend. I will never understand why those we love have to leave us but I do take great comfort in knowing that we will see them someday and that they will always live in our hearts and memories. Just before I left the reunion on Saturday, Kristi asked me when we could get together for lunch and I responded that I wasn't sure since I just had a baby, but that I would stay in touch. She also asked me to make sure I posted the photos I took on Facebook. I was at least able to fulfill that request... | ||||

We kinda lost touch after she left there, but I always thought of her as my friend. She was always happy and smiling and so much fun to be around. And Joey was such a character then. He always made us laugh. Kristi went with my husband Mike and I one time to a comedy club up north. We had such a good time that night. And I will never forget when Kristi helped us move.
