Kristine Arseneau, 38, of Manteno, died Sunday (Nov. 29, 2009) at her home. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, with a 7:45 p.m. wake service, at the Clancy-Gernon-Houk Funeral Home, St. Anne. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Beaverville. The Rev. Robert Coleman will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials may be made for her son's education. Ms. Arseneau was a homemaker. She was born May 16, 1971, in Kankakee, the daughter of Steve and Norma Blair Arseneau. Surviving are one son, Joey Carroll of Manteno; her parents, Norma and Dennis Blair of Manteno, Steve and Becky Arseneau of St. Anne; one brother and sister-in-law, Todd and Cindy Arseneau of Limestone; four stepbrothers and two stepsisters-in-law, Joel Blair of Bradley, Darren and Kim Blair of Bourbonnais, Rusty Trudeau and Josie Sirois, Bronc and Elizabeth Trudeau, all of Momence; paternal grandmother, Elaine Arseneau of Beaverville; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Deceased are her maternal grandparents, Francis and Edel Tholen; and paternal grandfather, Randy Arseneau.
