Dale Rupert Stidell, born May 20 1932 in Seattle, WA, passed away May 9, 2010 in Bellevue, WA at the age of 77.

Dale joined the Navy after high school and was stationed on the USS Hancock and worked for Boeing on the AWACS Program.  He was a volunteer fire fighter at King County Fire District 25, station 1 as a Captain. Dale enjoyed the outdoors, motorcycling and had a profound love for animals.

His wife, Beverly Stidell on March 8, 2004, precedes Dale in death. He is survived by his son, Roger Stidell of Renton, WA; brother, Robert “Bud” Stidell (Ruby “Babe”) of Renton, WA.

A Funeral Service will be held at Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, May 18, at 12:30 p.m. with visitation one-hour prior.  Burial will be at Tahoma National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
