Kathleen Robinette, 50, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Friday May 14, 2010 at her home. She was born in Guam to Margery Tomlinson Garvey and the late James Joseph Garvey. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Edward Garvey.


She is survived by her husband, George Robinette of Bristol, TN and step-son Ryan Robinette and his wife Sarah of Seymore, TN; daughter, Jennifer Leigh Averill and grandson Daniel Cameron Averill of Rockledge, Florida; sisters, Sharon Flanagan and husband Robert of Wilmington, DE; and Susan Treibley and husband Don of Merritt Island, Florida; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 7:45 p.m. Friday evening, May 21, 2010 at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home.


The funeral service will follow at 8 o'clock with Rev. William Meyers officiating. The committal service and interment will be held at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon, May 22, 2010, in the Heritage Chapel of Memories at Glenwood Cemetery.
