Kathy Elizabeth Cagle, age 57, of 170 Cagle Road, Bluff City, TN peacefully passed away Monday, March 15, 2010 surrounded by her family. Kathy was a lifelong resident of Bluff City and daughter of the late Roy and Elizabeth Cagle. She was the beloved mother of Candice Cagle Gurley and son-in-law Jeff Gurley of Jonesborough, TN and cherished grandmother (Mi-Mi) of Jac Cagle Louis Gurley. She is also survived and loved by a brother Larry Cagle (Jo), sister Jeanne Bowers (Roger); special nieces Tracie Huffman (Eddie), Sara Fitzgerald (Russ) and Angie Jannenga (Danny); special nephews Andrew Cagle and Chris Blevins; great-nieces and nephew, Emma Fitzgerald, Josh and Katelyn Jannenga; aunts Gladys Robinette (Burl), Girlie Gouge and Gladys Lambert; uncle Chuck Cagle and many cousins. Kathy also leaves behind many special friends: The Honeycutt family, Zaatini family, Nancy Johnson and family, Bolton family, Dr. Autumne Edmonds, Cathy Botts, Carol Boyd, Dawn Wagner, Gary and Donna Rader, RW Edwards employees, Nancy and Louis Gurley, Benny Leonard, Debbie Ingle and Gurley’s Grape Bunch (past, present & future).

The family invites you to share with us in the celebration of her life at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, March 18th at Anderson Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barbara Clark and Rev. Edward Scarbrough officiating. Friends and family may also call at the home of her daughter, 309 Meadowview Farms Drive, Jonesborough, TN or at the home of her brother, 152 Cagle Road, Bluff City, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 508 Princeton Road, Suite 102, Johnson City, TN 37601.
