Toby Proctor, age 74 of Eatonton, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2008. He is survived by his wife Joan O'Quinn Proctor, daughter and son in law; Helen (Proctor) and Dickey Spainhour of Dacula, GA, Son; Kenneth Rogers Proctor of Pensacola, Fl, daughter and Son in law; Shelley (Proctor) and Frank Tate of Dacula, GA. 3 grandchildren; Kyle, Cody, Sarah, and 3 nieces; Karen, Kathy, and Kim . Toby was a Army veteran, a GA Tech Alumni and was the founder and owner of Atlanta Commercial Builders, Inc. (General Construction Contractor). He was a member of the Manley Memorial Baptist Church, Eatonton. A memorial service to Celebrate the Life of Toby will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 10, 2008 at Hebron Baptist Church (in the Chapel on Hebron Church Road) 202 Hebron Church Road, Dacula, GA 30019. Rev. Harry Michael will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
