Timothy M. Casanova, age 30 of Starbuck, died April 15, 2011 as the result of an automobile accident in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20th at the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood with Rev. Randy Chrissis officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home in Glenwood and will continue one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in rural Lowry. Arrangements are with the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood.
Timothy Martin Casanova the son of Linda Parrett was born January 23, 1981 in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Starbuck, Minnesota, and attended Minnewaska Area High School. Tim was employed at the Scottwood Motel in Glenwood.
He enjoyed spending time with his friends, fishing, listening to music, skateboarding, snowboarding and spending time with his nieces and nephew. Timothy loved his family, especially his little nieces and nephew. He will be remembered for his kind heart, a gift for making people laugh and his beautiful smile.
Timothy is survived by his mother, Linda (Terry) Parrett of Starbuck, MN; siblings, Cynthia Casanova of New London, MN, Tina (Clyde) Stangle of Clarksville, TN, Jerry (Becky) Moore and Ryan Moore both of Starbuck, MN, Stephanie Parrett and Brenda Parrett both of Stephenson, MI; nieces Renae Moore, Nastasha Wilder, Izabella Stangle, and Rachel Moore; a nephew, Isaac Kampsen; aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Jacqueline Jean Fish.
