Burial will follow in Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home.
Addison passed away Saturday, July 4 at his home in Tyler.
He was born December 30, 1983 in Lake Charles, LA to Michael and Suzonne Taliaferro. He lived in Henderson, before moving to Tyler in 1993.
He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, class of 2002. He was President and owner of Amherst Oil and Gas for a little over one year where he bought numerous mineral interests in oil and gas wells all over East Texas. Addison was an avid collector of vintage performance cars, war memorabilia, and medieval weaponry. He loved to play video games and boat at Lake Palestine. Addison was a doting and loving father to a beautiful 5-year old daughter named Kendyl. As a testament to dads everywhere, Addison made sure not a day went by that his little girl wasn’t provided for and cherished. He had an amazing sense of humor and a heart as big as the moon. Addison loved all animals since childhood but especially loved his two dogs, Daerg, an English Mastiff and Bulvie, an English bulldog, both named after his Celtic heritage. He will be greatly missed but our precious baby boy is now resting in eternal peace in the arms of his Heavenly Father.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Betty Jo Raley Roberts.
Addison is survived by his loving family including; daughter, Kendyl Moore-Taliaferro of Tyler; parents Mike and Suzonne Taliaferro of Tyler; sister, Raley Taliaferro of Ft. Worth; close friend Jenni Moore of Tyler; grandmother Brenda Taliaferro of Tyler; grandfathers Joe Taliaferro of Henderson and H.P. Roberts of Farmerville, LA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
